ORDER RELATED QUERIES
All BAYIEGE products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we’re here to help.
Please email us at info.bayiege@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this time frame, we will not be able to process any replacement requests.
To ensure a smooth review process, kindly attach:

Once your refund request has been approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 working days.
If you made the payment online, the refund will reflect in your bank account or payment statement accordingly. Please note that the exact reflection time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received the package, please contact our support team within 72 hours of the delivery update.

SHIPPING RELATED QUERIES
A shipping and COD charge of ₹40 applies to all orders below ₹299.
For prepaid orders, we offer an additional 5% discount at checkout as a small benefit for choosing online payment.
