Cancellation Policy

At BAYIEGE, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, since orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery, cancellations are time-sensitive.

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from the warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Because our dispatch process begins soon after order confirmation, we recommend contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Order ID
  • Registered phone number
  • Reason for cancellation

Incomplete requests may delay processing.

Review & Approval

All cancellation requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. Cancellation approval is subject to verification of order status.

If the order has already been processed or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.
